Re: mica blue (ts-50) automotive paint option?
Tamiya Mica Blue might be a hard one to replicate because of the size of the metallica (mica) flakes in the paint.
I've personally yet to find an auto store paint that has a similar small size metallic flake to those found in Tamiya Paints. As for specific colour codes; without meaning any offence, but google does wonders when you type in something like: ***** color codes (replace ***** with manufacturer)

Re: mica blue (ts-50) automotive paint option?
I think your best bet is to get either (official Subaru codes, NOT PPG) codes;
555 Blue 53C Sonic Blue 74F Deep Blue Mica 95H or the official WRC color WR Blue 02C EDIT: I found this also.... Suzuki official color code #: YC2 Candy Grand Blue Telefonica 4997 1043 This is the exact Telefonica blue color, because before Honda Telefonica sponsored Suzuki ... Hope this helps you out!
