Question 2002 CR-V has random electrical issues after battery was recharged

I left the back window ajar and the battery died. Recharged battery. First thing I noticed is there is nothing on the clock/radio display and the radio won't turn on. I figured it was a fuse, so I replaced it. That wasn't it. Then I noticed the doors would not like with the key fob. Now I see the doors will only lock using the driver's side master if the car is running. The alarm does not sound if I leave the lights on or if the keys are left in the ignition. Dome light does not come on when I open any doors - unless the car is running. Trip meter A and Trip meter B reset themselves at random times while driving.
Any thoughts?

How old is the battery? If you killed it, that could be causing all the problems. You need a voltmeter to test the battery and charging system.

also make sure the battery conections are clean and not corroded and take it to a parts store that does electrical charging system checking for free and have battery tested
