how can you tell which engine is which??
if i got this JDM engine with H22A on it, how do I know if it came from a Prelude SiR or a Type S? or any other model that uses the H22A? are their any clues somewhere? thanks.

lok for ingraving on engine block some where near edge of engine where transmission bolts to it.
if i'm not mistaking JDM engines should have only designations like H22, F20, B16 and no any letter after that. if you see letters (H22A) that engine was produced to be sold in North America market (USDM).
