Final Result From The Model Of The Year Contest.........the Winner Is................
First of all I'd like to thank all the people who sent a model in for the contest, and all the people that took the time to vote.
Thankyou to the people that put up the prizes for the contest also. It was really interesting the last veiw hours as the lead changed 5 times before Hawk312 finally got his nose in front and took the tape !! Well done mate on what is a really outstanding model. To everyone else, thankyou for being part of the first ever contest held on the AF modelling forum, I HOPE THIS WELL BE THE FIRST OF MANY MORE TO COME!! IMO you are all winners. WOW!
 This has been so exciting, i almost wet my pants this week!!! Congrats to Hawk, a very well deserved win - you got my first place vote!  I think the comp has been alot more realistic in the final stages, with voting representing the high standard of models and proving just how tough it was to decide on who to vote for. However, there is one more award to give out!!!... This one goes to "AF Man of the year" This award goes to a man for taking the time out to organize a great contest, forking out for the main prize from his own pocket and generally being a thoroughly sound bloke - PMAN Respect!  So, i'd like to present one of these to him (if he PM's me his add), coz i know he has a Celica kit tucked away in his cupboard somewhere
