2000 Toyota hiace commuter super custom 4wd

Hi everybody. I have a 2000 toyota hiace commuter super custom 4wd. I need to replace the front left cv joint. Can anyone please tell me what part will fit. The van is a Japanese import and I live in Australia and am having difficulty finding anyone to identify what part will fit. It has the 1kz-te engine (hilux) and I have been told to quote vin/chassis code KZH138. Any help would be greatly appreciated

Thankyou Stealthee.
A friend just had a look at it and apparently both sides need doing. He suggested putting a 3 wheel hub on it. Is this possible for this model?

I can get you the part number for the other side tomorrow.

I'm honestly not even sure what you mean by a 3 wheel hub.

Re: 2000 Toyota hiace commuter super custom 4wd

Hi Stealthee
My understanding ( which is limited) is that he thinks I should convert it to part time 4wd. He feels it would make it easier to deal with the cv issue while increasing fuel economy and taking unnecessary stress off the front end. I mostly drive on sealed roads and rarely need the 4wd
