Arrow Oldsmobile 98 Error Code 63 & 64

Hello, I have a Error Code 63 & 64 in my 1988 Oldsmobile 98. From looking it up the information I got was:

PCM Computer Circuit Problem - Random Access Memory Failure

and

PCM Computer Circuit Problem - Electrically Erasable Programmable Read-Only Memory Failure.

The EGR Valve is new.

If no one has recently replaced the prom or removed/installed it, sounds like an ECM problem.....

Late 80's, early 90's were not good years for computers....
