94 Ram no cruise controll

I have a 94 ram slt automatic with a 360 5.9L But my cruise dont work at all
Ive checked the fuse but thats about as far as i got. what should i look into next and has anyone had this problem before? Also my horn only works sometime

Look under the battery tray (remove it) for broken or rotted hose.

Ditto on that. Also, when you have the AC on and set to the vents, does it change to the defroster vent on its own when you accelerate? That can also be caused by that hose being broken.

This is interesting. Definitely check the vacuum line. My 96 Ram 1500 is having some issues starting and staying running. This was preceeded by the cruise not always working.
Do you hear any hissing noises from your truck?

(On mine, my _guess_ was the fuel pressure regulator, but I'm rethinking that.) Before the FP idea, my cruse control started to work intermittently.

Is it possible that the vacuum system is failing due to a bad hose, and (in my case) one problem is affecting the other?
