2006 V6 idle rough=-

2006 v/6. about 174,000 miles on it.

Had a head job before purchased about 6 months ago.

It idles very rough at a stop sign or red light.
When in park or drive.
When motor warm or cold.
It actually wants to jump up and down.
It sounds like it has the hiccups.

It belongs to a good friend that has very little money and needs the vehicle to get to doctor appointments.

Thanks for any advice.
