Leaking rack? Bad actuator valve?

Its possible you have a bad rack. It could be leaking internally past the seals. Its also possible that the valve that controls how much pressure and where it goes is bad. If its stuck it won't send pressure when you turn the wheel.

often refered to as "morning sickness", bad rack.

Not the funnest thing to change on a sebring.
