Exclamation 2002 chrysler voyager 3.3 van

I have problems with my wipers coming on by themselves, while driving, and me having no control of them thru the wiper switch on the steering column. I replaced the wiper motor with new one, replaced wiper switch on steering column. Today I lifted hood, disconnected wires going to wiper motor, I checked the hot wire for voltage at that disconnect point, I have voltage 12 volts going to wiper motor, and this is with the wiper switch wires on the steering column not pluged in. I sit in my vehicle, view the meter thru the windshield, showing the 12 volts going to the wiper motor, and then plug the wire harness back into the wiper switch on the steering column, the 12 volts I had going to the wiper motor goes away, I unplug the switch wiring again, and the 12 volts come back. If I leave the wiring harness unplugged on the wiper switch in the vehicle, then go out under the hood, and reconnect those wires going to the wiper motor motor, the wipers work but of course at one speed. I know it could be the bcm, or other things,my washer motor stoped working to, this most likely maybe have nothing to do with the present problem...do anyone have any Ideal what is wrong..
