Re: Excitement over price and weight!

Sale price in Australia is set at around AUS$105,000, so figure on around US$65,000. As it is a 'global market car', Nissan will not need to discount it to sell them. Europe/Asia will have high enough demand to keep the pricing up. Also, think about the technology your buying for $60,000!

Re: Excitement over price and weight!

theres an article in the new motor trend, just got it 2day, it is confirmed to b at least 50g, a v6 twin turbo, and the workhorse thats running in germany was originally running a 350 with tt technology.
i've got just one question, y are they keeping the 4ws, they cant come up with some other answers for better handling, to put it nicely, its an answer for a question no one asked for

I'm guessing between 450 and 500hp. It's being engineered by Cosworth, though, so no matter how much horsepwer it makes, it's going to be bitchin'.

Re: Excitement over price and weight!

I think Nissan should also use the engine for an Infiniti branded luxury sedan to compete with Bently.

Re: Excitement over price and weight!

eh, i'd say let nissan find out if the gtr will sell, then put the infinity out there, my thught is that they will use the engine in something else, but not likly to b something that could outsell the gtr
