no spark at coil i think the computer is bad
hi can come1 help me
basically i have a dodge ram 5.9L motor and this thing will not start there is no power going to the coil i took the coil off and changed it with a tested working coil and i changed the distributor with a working one and it still doesnt work when i tryed to read the computer error codes it does not show anything or respond i need a new computer dont I? what should i check? i heard the crank sensor has to send something to the computer right and there has to be good fuel pressure in order for the computer to start sparking? i need some advice so i can find my problem . when i turn the key on i see the check engine light flash once so that means there is communication with the computer but when i do the key on off on off on i dont get the code readout like i should be getting all my other trucks will give me the codes if i do that ita a 1994 with computer 5608266 |
