and a last thing about Lexus IS, you can get one for 14 000 € (US$15 000) and less than 40 000 km (30 000 miles) in France... so you can infer the difficulty to sale this car !!

I'm decided for the Alfa 156, much better than the Audi, BMW.
The two Peugeot are not original enough (we're seing it everywhere). The Alfa 147 is too expensive now (appeared in 2001 !). So when my Lancia will be sold, I'll surely take a 156 1.6 TS of 1999 or 2000, maybe an 1.8 TS. Maybe in May

If I can afford it, I could take the 16' wheels of the Pack Sport on the Alfa 156. Not more, it's not nice when you've not the wheels of the car maker (it's only my opinion) and the performances are not as good.
For a 156 1.6 TS of 1999 I would have to pay about 1 200 €/year (2 300 € with "all risks") and 1 500 € for the 1.8 TS. Price with theft insurance. I want to go everywhere I can I'll maybe make a training period of two months in Egypt, not sure at all alas ! PS BMW-Hamann : if you have a training period for me for July and August, say it to me

Alfa has always had trouble with reliability, but it's ok now mainly on the last models (147, 156, 166).
My mother had a 155 and we had some little electric problems and worse, we sold it at a -too- low price, that's also why she took a Peugeot, reliable and very easy to sell. Yes, the insurance is expensive ! It would be a training period in a textile factory working for big groups as Auchan, Carrefour, etc. ...eh ! I could help you in some things (market survey... cofee just kidding for the coffe !), I don't know what job you're doing exactly.

The Peugeot 505 was a very good car, not as good as the current Peugeot though. But you had very slow engines (especially athmo diesels !) but also good engines : the 505 GTI was excellent. And there was also a 505 V6 with a good engine
