Coilovers

What is the best brand out there that makes good coilovers.

tein is pretty good. theres alot, just make sure to get full coilover setup, not just coilover sleeves, so the spring rates match the shocks.

Agreed, I roll on a set of Tein SS coilovers myself, and by far they are the best mod yet I've done with/to my car. I couldn't be more satisfied with them, not to mention they are about the best feeling aftermarket suspension I've ever rode on in a Honda.

For FULL true coilovers, I'd say Tein is the way to go. Zeal and JIC is supposed to be quite good too, as is the Neuspeed/Bilestin system. As far as sleeves ar concerned, your best bet is a set of Ground Controls. Skunk2 is supposed to be next best, but not as good as G/C from what I hear. If you get sleeves, I urge you to mate them to nothing less than Koni Yellow shocks.
