What is the best brand out there that makes good coilovers.

tein is pretty good. theres alot, just make sure to get full coilover setup, not just coilover sleeves, so the spring rates match the shocks.

As far as sleeves ar concerned, your best bet is a set of Ground Controls. Skunk2 is supposed to be next best, but not as good as G/C from what I hear. If you get sleeves, I urge you to mate them to nothing less than Koni Yellow shocks.
