the car has 130k on it , but it looks like the dealer has played with the odometer, because i put the vin number in the search engine in yahoo and i clicked on ( cached) on the first result and it said that the car has 214,198 miles on it??? so i really need your help....

I realize this thread has gone completely off topic and is just people trying to mooch now, but back to the original, take both with a grain of salt. I know people who used to own a body shop and they said that they never submitted their stuff to these companies. And they also use insurance companies for records but if you dont submit a claim, then they wont get it. Neither are 100%.
