Question odd ball bolt patterns

does anyone stock/sell undrilled wheels that can be ordered to a specific bolt pattern/offset?

i'm trying to upgrade the wheels on my 1980 triumph TR8 from factory 13's to 15's. these came with really unique bolt patterns and no one carries anything that fits this model (same as TR7 too).

is there a stylish solution that won't break the bank?
