Reduced engine power, loss of traction control, etc. 2011 Malibu

A few times last week I was driving down the road and all of a sudden my warning lights on my dashboard were going off. My check engine light came on. I lost traction control. I had reduced engine power. I couldn't accelerate above 15 miles per hour. My rpms were acting crazy. Both times I had to pull over and turn off my car and clear everything out with my code reader. I started it up and it works fine for about three days. I've read it could be the throttle body. I've read about faulty wiring. I'm not sure what it could be. If anyone has any ideas I sure would appreciate it.

Have you been to the Malibu forum? I think there were some folks there that had that issue as well.

Hello bradleydfiji,

We're sorry to hear about the unexpected concern you're experiencing with your vehicle. We'd be more than happy to look into this on our end and connect with the dealership on your behalf. We're available via private message and would need your VIN, mileage, contact information, and dealer name to move forward.

Thank you,

Jasmine

is this a real problem of just nonsense post ?

post what happened and the codes you cleared. this is a dangerous failure if it is a true story.
