Peugeot 307 WRC 'OMV' Mote Carlo
Hi everyone,
Thought I would make a WIP of my latest project. Starting with the base Tamiya 307 kit, S27 decals and Tamiya photo etch set. I plan on adding CF where I can and full detail interior. I'm just starting my collection of reference pics for the build so if anyone has any feel free to post them up. The subject in action: Couple of progress pics |

Re: Peugeot 307 WRC 'OMV' Mote Carlo
Thanks Francios I thought that was the case seeing as most of my other rally builds have been like that but Tamiya's instructions weren't very clear.
That would be awesome Rallymaster I'll send you my email now. |

Re: Peugeot 307 WRC 'OMV' Mote Carlo
So some progress has been made. I decided that instead of using the orange/white decals in the kit I would just mask/spray those areas. The blue is Tamiya TS-15 and the orange is TS-31. Slight overspray on the rear bumper where blue meets white that I need to fix up otherwise it turned out ok.
Then here comes all the CF work for the interior. The yellow weave has a coat of smoke over the top to get it closer to the real thing. I've also added fittings to the top of the rear strut tops. Still need to add some switches for the centre console. Once I've got all this done I'll start on the wiring. |
