Hoy les traigo el Ford Escort Cosworth del Belga Bruno Thiry en el campeonato de Europa del año 96, concretamente en el rally de Cóndroz.

Another great model from your collection, one of the escort's nicest livery ever seen !
I built the 1/43 version of this car a few years ago on a provence moulage model, but the 1/24 scale is perfect to appreciate your work and the livery.
I suppose it's selfmade decals ?
superb model, I also like the removable night stages lights.

Great build of a car that remains a great souvenir for me : I attended this rally (as a matter of fact I attended every rallye du Condroz since 1982) and was told that it was Bruno's wife who designed the livery.
By the way, Bruno and I were "neighbours" (well kinda) at that time and it has always been a pleasure to meet and have a chat with him occasionnally. Same for Stéphane which is a true model cars aficionado too ! These guys were (and still are) so great and simple, I have always been a fan

(NB :The decals were issued by a small belgian company that has disappeared a long time ago)

I can't remember the name of it, competition43 is was remains in my mind but it's not that one, isn't it ?
But from what I know they only produced the 1/43 version with a PM resin base, not the 1/24 ?

Hello Phil,
This company was named Club-line and they only released a few Belgian cars: Escort (Belgacom, Bastos 95 and 96, Thiry racing for Belgium 97, Thiry fortuna islas canarias 97) and celica (marlboro) before disappearing after less than 3 years. Luckily I was able to collect them all before
