One of the few F1 that I also have. You perfectly paid tribute to this beautiful simple design. Is the body openable or did you glue everything altogether ?
I am still wondering how to do with mine : keeping the top section removable may end up in leaving big gaps here and there ? |

Thank-you for the kind words gentlemen. The lines of this car are stunning and that was my primary reason for buying it. The top is not glued down, the fitment is excellent (as we know with Tamiya).
I merely sanded the flat edges on bottom of cowling and tops of the side skirts and then shot them with paint. The finished result is that everything lays down perfectly flat so if you want to add detail under you have the option of displaying open and closed.
