OBD Code reader seems to show "0" too quick?
Hi,
I have an ODB reader which which normally I hit the "Read" button on a 2007 Sonata and asterisks run across the screen, then after about 10 sec I'll either get 0 Codes or some number of codes. However I was just checking out a 2010 Sonata and I hit Read and it didn't take any time at all--it instantly read "0 Codes". This makes me a bit wary--so I'm wondering if this is just because the newer car may have a faster ECM or whatever--or is there some way the seller has spoofed this? Thanks, James |
