Wheel won't turn - What is the cause?
This is the inside wheel axle of my kit car porsche speedser which is mostly VW parts. The car has been sitting in storage for some time and this wheel is completely locked and unable to move. Any idea what could be causing it? Attached are two pictures. Thanks

anything from wheel hub to transmission/transfer case. Gotta look at it one piece at a time.
