Re: The truly great scan thread started by Sauc3

To be honest, I'm surprised the above shot didn't have any reaction... I always find it difficult to find reasonable high-res pics of big macs, yet here's a studio wallpaper sized shot...

This one had to go in here, I can't put a fourth Kenwood advertisement in a different thread than the one that already contains three...

I know that it's terrible, this particular mag has had a very rough life, but I found another one of my magazines which also contains the ad, which hopefully I'll process soon.
For now, enjoy.

Scanned these a few years ago, not sure if they have been posted before.

Re: The truly great scan thread started by Sauc3

tdc911 - Top Post!! I've read the 2nd set before, but the first set is new to me . I thought it was Paul Stewart's F1, but looking at the steering wheel I realised it wasn't; I looked a bit more and saw the square headlights!! Is this R66MCL, what we believe to be #059?

I should really subscribe to Racing Line, it seem t have a lot of F1 info in it. Bet it's pricey though...... and I wonder if they do back-copy's???

As Greg stated, it's the one we believe to be chassis #059. Normally wears the plate 'R66 MCL'. I wouldn't be surprised if it belongs to Mansour Ojjeh or Ron Dennis.

Greg - another couple of comparisons to the former Paul Stewart #023 are that this one in the RL article has the flared front wheel arches and wears the GTR-style 18" OZ wheels instead of the road car wheels.

The silver road car with the flares and normal headlights in this shot, however, is a third car we have yet to determine anything about:

I believe the other shots we have of it are in this thread:

And then there were three - Silver F1s with the HDF Kit...

Re: The truly great scan thread started by Sauc3

A bit off topic, but does anyone know what issue this came from and what other cars were featured?
