Had the exact same error code of P1491 on 2002 Dodge 1500, 4.7L...
Replaced 25A fuse # 39, cleared error code... problem fixed! |

I'm so glad I googled this problem cause I too had the same problem with the relay/ fuse and it fixes the check engine light thanks fellas
