I remember a while ago I saw a supra with a ferrari rear end. I am thinking of doin the same. Does anybody have a link where I can find this car? If I recall correctly it was a black supra.

In Hyper Rev Magazine there is a Supra with Modena Front end. Is that the one ?

Wings west (I think) made a body kit for the mk3 Supra, that made it look rather like a Testarossa. A search for Supra body kits would prob. turn up that look.
I thought the 250 GTO based on the Nissan Z was kinda cool myself...

Supra with Ferrari raer end
If you are speaking of a 1/24 scale black Supra with a sectioned Modena rear end I am guilty.

Skeck: Welcome!
are you the owner of the "Tsunami" supra? If so, I met you at a model show in Ontario July 03. You kept a mini mag lite with you to show off the pearl in the black paintjob. The same show where Scale-Master won best of show with his Super7. I first saw that supra on here (AF), so I was very surprised when I saw it at the show. That is one, out of two of the baddest 1/24 Supra's I have ever seen. The other supra being Subways Top Secret. Its on another level. That Supra single-handedly inspired me to get back into car modeling, hence my first model, the Sard and Street Supra conversion. If that was you, im sure people that havent seen it would love to see pics of it. Does it still compete in the model show circuit? JeFF |

Re: Supra with ferrari end?
Jeff, the TSUNAMI is mine. Thank you for the compliments.
I moved to northwest Phoenix in January so I haven't competed much in SoCal since the '03 Classic at Ontario. I still compete and the TSUNAMI has done very well. After Ontario it won Best of Show at the Cruise for a Cure. Then, here in Phoenix, it won best custom at the Copperstate and the IPMS Nationals. I built it for the TamiyaCon03 but I didn't get to go this year so it can still compete next year. I will post some pictures soon. Steve |
