fiat ullysse 2,000td reving problem

please can some body help as i took it to fiat and they are giving me the run round making me pay for everthing but not fixed first it would not rev past 3,000 so turbo not comeing in then it would work leave car go back to it then it wouldnt rev again and today car failed to start after i have been in it all day checked filter ok cheked fuel ok please help doing my nut in
