New rider here.....
Well, to be honest i've got the bug and really want to get a bike. Anyone got any ideas about where to start?
My dad has a Bandit 600 that he wants to change for a Cruiser so my parents can go away for holidays, i was thinking of maybe buying the Bandit from my dad. Do you think its too powerful for a first bike? |

If you have some riding experience, the bandit is a good bike. It has plenty of power but it is reasonable. As long as you respect it, you will be OK.

I'd give my right arm and leg to get on a 2000+ Bandit 600s, but then I wouldn't be able to ride it... :silly2: Anyhoo, any bike is a piece of machinery capable of reaching some serious speeds and offering very little in the protection department. Take it easy. Even if you have riding experience, I completely endorse taking a MSF safety program. I really learned a lot from it.
