Re: my list
Mr. Benrnoulli, do you know if XP5 is still in the showroom? i'm staying at my grandparents who live on Putney hill after christmas and if it is i could just hop on the bus and take it all the way down to park lane.
Thanks |

As far as I know it is staying there until the museum opens at the new McLaren site. This doesn't look like its gonna happen for at least a year so you should be alright.
Prior to the move it had a full refurb so is looking better than it ever has. Enjoy the trip! |

Re: Re: Re: my list
to start with, i know the current owner of #072. he's german, his name is 'Dahms' and he lives in Mullheim. I might be able to post a pic and more info later, you'll hear that.
I also know that a guy called Voight in Germany owns a Davidoff 97 GTR. I'm working on the chassis number. |

Re: Re: my list
I know someone who has seen a black one around the Dallas Fort Worth area. He said it doesn't have a spoiler or anything and looks stock.

Re: my list
It could possibly have been #22, Wyclef's. He said "i think it belongs to jay-z, or somebody like that" "he was on I 35 coming from trophy club (of course). it was black (i know we have established this), looked completley stock. he got off the freeway and i followed. i tailed him for about 10 minutes or so, we were stopped at a stoplight when i think he probably realized what i was doing. he did a nice burnout and took off...no way i coulda caught him in my tour...i didnt even try... but its ok cause i got to see the sweetest burnout ever. god...the tires on a mclaren, when they burn i would swear it smells like potpurri"
BTW, he mentioned the driver was coming from trophy club which is a very small town near D.F.W. It just so happens I have relatives that live there, but I last visited them when I was like 9 and didn't know squat about cars
