Failed ECM

Does anyone know how hard it would be to replace the ECM? The dealership called and quoted me 900 dollars.. F that

Has to be programed for your VIN. Dealer has to direct contact GM to run the program.

If it's a 2010 and under 80K miles, like Max said, it should be under warranty....
