Hatchback that cushions bumps
Dear All,
My wife and I are interested in a hatchback which can cushion out road bumps. Both of us are pensioners with bad backs, spinal problems. So we are searching for a small car (my wife has a poor spatial sense). Our budget would be about 50000 AUD. We live in a rural area with roads full of stones and pot holes. Our region is a plain, not hilly. Regards, Cleo |

Re: Hatchback that cushions bumps
hi Cleo,
see you're from Melbourne, if you were in Europe would advise you a Citroën C4 the lastest VW Golf is one of the comfiest rides of the hatchbacks i think, esp. if you opt for suspension you can adapt, then you could choose for "comfort" mode Ford Focus probably a good and comfy ride too probably the Koreans have a few comfy hatchbacks too... i know the old Hyundai's are very soft, the more recent ones bit less, but if you don't care about the badge you may want to look into those too either way, seems worth to test drive some first before you buy |
