Acura TSX vs Altima 2013

Before you make bash me up with both the cars from being different segments, I am already aware of it..but I am still comparing it because Altima is soooo in my bedget and TSX is little bit over the budget..I drove both the cars today and found both of them impressive..of course TSX won..but I am not sure if I shall go that extra mile or not..I read the following on KBB:
Acura TSX:
2.4-liter inline-4
201 horsepower @ 7,000 rpm
172 (manual), 170 (automatic) lb-ft of torque @ 4,300 rpm

Altima 2013:
2.5-liter inline-4
182 horsepower @ 6,000 rpm
180 lb-ft of torque @ 4,000 rpm

As you can see, TSX is ahead in HP but not in torque..but if you see the rpm..Altima is giving more hp at lower rpm..so how are both the cars when compared on power?
