98 Plymouth Breeze Smoking

I am on deployment right now, my wife is home. She says that when she is about to park, the car starts to smoke (white). It is only when she parks fast, when she parks slow, it doesn't do it. There is a sharp turn when she is parking. Also, there really isn't anyway to tell which side the smoke is on, because it comes out of all sides of the hood.
