Re: Help-How to make a POD filter
pod filter, as in a cone shaped open element air filter?
I'd take a tube, or piece of sprue, and start gluing THIN triangular shaped pieces of plastic all around the tube/sprue until you have a filter looking piece, then cut some small circles, one for each end. paint the center portion with all the triangle pieces dark red, and put a black wash to it, BMF the caps, and wahh lahh, air filter.

Re: Help-How to make a POD filter
Hi Coolan, nice to see another Kiwi on board, If you don't want to make one check out this website - www.thepartsbox.com - they do all sorts of resin parts including pod filters, being based in Aussie they are not too far away. The parts are really nicely cast as well. PM me if you want more info
