"Bead roller".

Lower shaft is waiting for the pinion, get it on the local RC store. Without it, when under presure, the shaft is blocked but, even then, such things can be made. I guess that it's quite a satisfying result from that peace of junk.

Re: Peugeot 403 convertible (1959): Lt.Columbo's junk heap - Tin metal pace scratch build.

Niro750 Thank you pal.

Well, as you all can see the build is not all metal parts. The frame is cardboard. I just simply decided to make it a bit of simple way in this field also in order not to mess with all metal chassis, 3d development of it and so on. Just front panels etc.

But, before that I made also some work in some handmade tools for this approach.
That's kind off milling mashing, and planishing hammer technics with simple tools.

That's the way I just tested the drill with perforation "on" to pull (hammer) the metal on former. Quite a good result on quick hand testing.

carlos alberto, thank you very much frend!

This one get a bit of oversized on the width. Some mess with printing must be. But overall it fits well. Stretching after bending made with two pliers on that area from the hood gently scratched to hook on the surface.
