occasional various issues

The past couple of months my a/c would turn off by itself after ~15 min. Only once in awhile though. My 4wd ind. lights would flash and then stay on while driving (had truck for 5 yrs and did this about 5 times). W/in the last week it developed an occasional sputter that comes and goes.....whenever. Lastly, my airbag light stayed on and seat belt light flashed after I drove down the road and did that until i shut the truck off and restarted it, then it was fine again. Are any of these related to each other or is it time to move on to something else?

Re: occasional various issues

There related in the sense that they all occur at some point on a trailblazer. Sounds like you have a few issues that have accumulated over time. The a/c may be low on refrigerant. The four wheel drive switch may be bad, The sputter could be worn out plugs, and if the airbag light was on it should have stored a code.

Re: occasional various issues

All of the above are possible as well as the chronic issue with bad ignition switches.

No recall on the 4wd dash switches but many failed.

I think it could be fair to say that just about all of them have failed!
