Offtopic but need help..
I am the dumbest piece of s%@$!! I apparently got really pissed off and punched a nice half inch hole in the wall.
I was just wondering because you're all so good at fixing models. Do you know a good cheap way to fix the hole and repaint it? Also it's an apartement and I'm planning to move out in a few months. So.. it would be nice if I can fix it nice and cheap. Thanks. Here's the picture.... Hehehe.. Also.. I recieved my HLJ order! It came perfect! Nicely wrapped. The box was also in excellent condition! |

Re: Offtopic but need help..
First of all DAMN you had to be really pist off to do that. Once i broke a wall that hadended up with a hole 3ft. high and a door in a fight with a F*CKER that harrassed my GF. any ways hmmm... Let me think i think home depot can help you out there. Just call your nearest home depot and ask them what to do. They have helped me do allot of crap like fixing a kitchen sink and to build an extra room to my parents house. Which is the room where i build my models. to bad im moving out.
Hopefully that can help you out in your hole problem that you have.

Re: Offtopic but need help..
Go to the hardware store and get some filler suitable for drywall, fill up the hole, let it dry then sand. You'll need to repaint the wall at minimum, or worse case, the whole room if you cant colour match.
Its just like filling a gap in a model. |

i will never understand why people punch walls....
i mean really, "im mad, im going to go hurt my hand" but anyway, just get some filler or a piece of mesh and fill with the mesh and then sand everything smooth, then paint

I've dont the same thing only it was a wood door and your hand goes all the way through, but Iseriously think you might have anger issues. I know I do to tell you the truth alot of what helped was the type of music I was listening to , itstead of listening to Xraided and Brotha lynch hung I decided to listen to some more mellow music and it helped ALOT just my Oh yeah I grew up in a violent house where my dad fractured my back when I was 11, if you dont get this under control now you and your familly and future family will regret it.

since my major in College is construction this is a very easy fix, go down to you local hardware store, or even Wal-Mart, Target. Kmart Ect.......... and get DAP Putty and a putty knife. take the putty and just cover the hole are with putty. make it a litte thicker then the wall. serface. what about a week, then take about 200 grit sandpaper and sand the wall down till its smooth. then when its smooth. repaint the wall, depending upon how old the paint on the wall is you may have to repaint the whole wall to get it to match the new paint. good luck, but its an easy fix.

I see... are there any whitish things to fill it with?
Well.. actually I won't paint it.. they will probably re-paint when we move out.. I'll just fill it for them.. Last edited by DiGiTaLEcLiPsE; 02-05-2004 at 05:52 PM. |
