Konica Minolta Honda RC211V Batman 2005

Hey,my new Projekt.
Konica Minolta Honda RC211V,Makoto Tamada,Assen 2005.
Base ist the 2006 Tamiya Kit.

PE Parts from Crazy Modeler,Tamiya and TopStudio.




I start with cleaning the Chromeparts.



Furthermore,I started with the clutch.

Today I worked on the exhaust.
attached the TopStudio Parts.






Painting with Alclad Holomatic Spectral Chrome,Pale Burnt Metal,Blue and Violet.

Nice job so far, Marcel. It's too bad that you won't be able to see much of anything of the engine. (I built this bike a while back.)

How did you like the spectral chrome? I've never seen it used before and am curious as to how you liked it's realism for bike exhausts? I'd really like to hear what you have to say, as the pics don't show much at all.

Marcel - the engine looks fantastic - excellent detail - how did you make the intake screens for the injection? also did you find reference pictures to make the spark plug wires? How do you know that is the way it is done? Just asking because I have been looking for reference pictures but I cannot find any. Lastly where did you get the mesh for the intake screens? Hey,
i worked on the Frame and Wheels.
Frame is painted with Alclad Aluminium und Gunze Klearkote.







Wheels are painted with zero Paints.

I think you missed my post above--what did you think of the spectral chrome on the exhaust? Did it look realistic in person? A lot of times, the camera doesn't capture all of the effect with things like this.

I have seen Marcelīs bikes live: they are absolutely great, the exhaust looks terrific (the photos wonīt capture that)
