2008 Town and Country- AC blowing cold air front but hot from rear vents

Dear Sir's.
I've got a 2008 Town and Country Limited minivan replaced two times compressor and driers and still the front A/C blows cold air and the back vents blows hot air. My mechanic couldn’t figure it out why is doing this. I spent too much money on compressor/ labor and facing same issues. He also believes the actuator door and expansion joints are fine. I don’t know anything about cars but I will be very grateful to you if anyone give me any suggestions.
Thanks much in advanced.
Kind regards,

You have a rear mode door problem.
