C1 Models 67 Mustang and 69 Camaro Wide Body Kits

After seeing this pop up in another thread, I tracked it down and bought them.

These are from C1 Models in the UK. The wait was about 2-3 weeks to California, including shipping. These are limited kits. The castings have flash, but are very crisp and detailed. I hope I can find a PE grille for the Camaro, but if not, their grill is super sharp with deep detail and should be easy to make look good.

They let you select from 2 different sets of wheels. I thought these looked the best. The Kidney Beans are cutout, it is just the flash that is filling the holes, should be easy to clean up

The body comes well protected

The Mustang kit consists of Fender Flares, new quarter panel intakes, and deck lid spoiler and front splitter

Thanks for the photos.
I keep seeing these on their Facebook page and love their subject mater, but have been hesitant to purchase, partially due to the price but mostly because of the close-up photos I've seen of their 1552 wheels, very poor quality for the money. Good to see their products are cleaned up.

Thanks for sharing. C1 is definitely a great company. I do agree though some of the wheels and resin parts are very brittle and have to take extra care cleaning them up. But once done they turn out very nice. Its also a nice change to see C1 doing American muscle. Now only if they did more VWs and Audis!!

Go C1

PS I would look to see if model car garage or detail master made a PE set.
