Name one engine that would better suit the Atom than the K20A.... None? OK now go sit in the corner, fact is, that to be light and still handle well, the Atom needs 4 cylinders and Honda make the best 4 cylinder engines in the world.

My nominations

1- Ferrari F430- It's just WOW, words fail me trying to describe how much I want this car 3 points

2- BMW M5- Mind blowing 200 mph super saloon, first E60 that's not ugly.

3- Mazda6 MPS- An affordable sports sedan that can do all the 3 series can do, but for much less.

Sorry but "Tuner" cars are not eligible unless considered by a national government as a standalone car such as in the case of Ruf (licensed as a car manufacturer by the German government) whose cars stop being officially Porche after he is done with them.

I've added this to the rules to avoid this confusion. Feel free to edit your post to choose another car.

I have to go with US cars that I actually may be able to afford.
Corvette Z06-3
Pontiac Solstice - 2
Mustang GT-1 (only because I liked it when it came out in 1967.

1. dodge charger

2. ford mustang

3. nissan z

i know the charger is a four door but it is nice to see cars coming back. the mustang is also nice and follows the original look well. the nissan z is also a classic name and it has the same sporty attitude of its older datsun brothers

Actually, the Pontiac GTO and the Solstice are much closer competitors to the Mustang than the new Corvette Z06.

Re: Car Comparisons' Car Of The Year 2005 - Nominations (read instructions first!)

...when you guys are saying Cobalt SS, do you mean the supercharged one (Cobalt SS/SC) or the regular SS? because the regular SS non-SC is about as badass as an old cavalier. Just thought u guys may want to clarify, because for the 2006 model year they have regular SS and SS Supercharged, unlike in 2005 where all SS's were Supercharged.

I'm sure they're all refering to the S/C version, and the non-S/C SS is pretty good itself with 171hp, more than any Cavalier, and most all of the other cars in it's class.
