Lots of Hi-Res pics of Ferraris from 2004 Cavallino Classic in Palm Beach (no 56K)!!!

What a gorgeous day and gorgeous show.

The weather? - 75 degrees, cloudless, bright sun, 5MPH breeze.

Location? - Palm Beach, at the 5-star Breakers Resort, on the beach.

Event? - 2004 Cavallino Classic Ferrari Concours D'Elegance, several hundred Ferraris from around the country gather for the week to run on track events, driving tours, the Concours, and private parties.

I don't know how many Enzos are in the country so far - but I do know that a large percentage of them were in Palm Beach in January - there were 8 of them that I saw (and 7 photographed)...including 3 for sale at $1.5 million each (already with double the sticker markup!!!) by private owners.

All Ferraris at the event are privately owned, or owned by museums - no showroom cars. Most are driven...many to the event. Many are even tracked (and were on Wednesday and Thursday).

Here are a whole bugger-load of pictures, in a somewhat friendly 1024x768 format. I have most of these pics in 1632x1224, and 14 of them are in 5MP at 2560x1920...so on request I could format the high res versions if anyone wanted one. Enjoy:

Thank you Davo.

92GST - it is completely worth it. One of the most beautiful settings and loaded with gorgeous cars, as well as stuff for sale, memorabilia, race drivers, exhibits, etc.

Menu dei Motori - You may be surprised that the red isn't very off on alot of those pics! I was remarkably surprised with all of the legend about "ferrari red" how many shades of red were actually present on full-original cars. Also, there were two of the Enzos, severl F40s, and several other cars that were actually painted Orange. Overall, I'd guess I saw more than 10 different shades of red at the show!

Superposition - You are welcome. I do not own a Ferrari myself. My neighbor a few doors down is the president of the Ferrari Club of Florida, and had 2 of his cars on display at the show (an Enzo and a 360 Challenge Stradale). His yellow Enzo was actually for sale at the event! I made a habit of going to this event just from a love of cars and Ferraris, and wanting to see the gorgeous and rare cars and some legendary drivers. This was my 4th consecutive year attending.

Benelli5 - Thanks...it is pretty darn amazing and makes you jealous to see all those gorgeous cars in person!
