Cool OBD Plug Location on 85 Crown Vick

Does any one know if a 85 Frod Crown Victoria Has a OBD plug/IF yes were is it located.

Under the hood on the drivers inner fender.
It is an EEC system and it is a little different than the OBD II system. Click on link below.
