Angry armor all is turning my tan dash in my truck white looking

i hate applying armorall to my dash and it looks so shiny for about 2 minutes, then it drys white looking. what should i do? also the black dash in my camaro, it looks dull looking afterwards. but if i go over it with son of a gun, it looks black and shiny. whats the problem?

I would suggest not using armorall anymore

I never use that stuff. It weakens your dash. It makes it shiny, but if you ever stop using it, it will go to shit.

Malco makes rubber/vinyl/plastic/leather cleaner called UltraCote. It usually costs around $30 a gallon and can only get from a supplier but it is worth every penny. It is what i use to recondition used vehicles. You can use it on your tires and trim as well. It gives a real nice shine that lasts for a long time. You can see the product at www.malcopro.com

If you want a top notch vinyl protectant you can use 303 protectant, it is a great vinyl dressing, it will not brown the surface and it will look great, you can use it on all the trim, even the tires. It is available at

My trim is all bleached white. I've used armeral, and a product specifcally designed to fix that and both failed miserably

use mothers back to black on your trim. it should revive it.
