Badger 400 detail gun
hello i have a few questions reguarding this airbrush. i did not purchase this device but my school has gotten it for me and i am the first person to ever use it, however i am having alot of troubles with it at this point in time. i have been running a constant 50 psi to the gun and when i go to spray nothing comes out except air. i have searched through the supplyed the manual with the things it has said to do but it doesent seem like its working. to me it seams like the syphen can will not pressurise. any ideas on what to do to get this to work?

Lower your PSI for starters - should be somewhere between 15 and 25 PSI. Also, if your paint is not thin enough, it can be a problem. I would suggest just trying to shoot water first to get the air pressure sorted and then look at what's happening with your paint.

also make sure that the air hole in the paint jar lid is lined up with the hole in the cardboard inside the cap. or stick a pin through the hole in the cap to make sure there is a proper breather.

Re: Badger 400 detail gun
still not any luck. as it feels it seems like its not sucking the air from the canister at all. not sure what to do might just be defective

Hmmm...Im not sure what it could be. A time like this calls for just toying with all the adjustments...if you havent already done that.
