Car prep...?
I'm hoping to get a little help from anyone and everyone. I bought about half the paint I need and I was thinking of painting the body now. But then I was wondering if I needed to do anything to the body before I start painting. So that's my question, do I need to prep it somehow, or do I just start painting away?
Thanks everyone Nick |

Do I have to spray primer on all the parts that are being painted? Or just some?

also you should get some 800 grade wet/dry sandpaper and some 1200 grade. what you do is wet the sandpaper a little and wipe it on until (when its dry) you don't see a snine sort of surface (you'll know what im talking about when you actually do it) first spray primer on too. then spray paint the body (or if you have an airbrush, but im not sure what to do for that) with the color you want. then (if you also want) sand down the body w/ the 1200 grade once again and then spray the color again, then, also if you want spray a clear coat of paint on it too. that's about it.
