Blend door actuator electrical testing

On a 2002 Intrepid with manual temperature control, my blend door actuator is not responding to the temperature knob on the control module. I have verified 0 to 10 ohms range in the resistance of the temperature dial. I have also verified continuity between the blend door actuator connector to the connector into the body control module (BCM). I am hoping someone can tell me how to electrically test with a volt meter the 5-pin connector of the blend door actuator.
