Truck leaking yellow fluid
Lately whenever i come home after washing my truck the next day there is some thing yellowish leaking. Whenever i wash my truck i wash up under the the fender wells and sometimes it could possibly get through the cracks and into the engine a little bit, that is the only thing i can think of that could be causing this.
I just had the gaskets replaced too. |

Re: Truck leaking yellow fluid
Only after washing? What gaskets were replaced and for what reason?
What year truck? Some antifreeze is yellow. Later trucks have a pink/red antifreeze. Clifton |

Re: Truck leaking yellow fluid
If you haven't found the problem. I would look carefully at all coolant fittings and
connections for signs of leaking. The fact it happens only when wash the truck is confusing. Cannot think of anything that would leak only when washing the vehicle. I noticed a pop-up stating some Toyoto mechanics were on line waiting on line to answer questions. You may want to try them. Don't know if there is a charge for their service. Good luck. Clifton |
