Question insurance question for 3000gt?

hello, i'm a new member to the forum and i have question about the 3000gt

i'm 20 years old and i'm planning to buy a 3000gt very soon. the only thing i am worried about is the insurance on this car. does anybody have an idea of what the monthly insurance is for owning a 3000gt?

the car i'm looking at in particular is a 95 sl or base model non-turbo.

can anyone help me out?

I cant tell you what your insurance will be. It has to many factors to guess. Try http://www.progressive.com/ and get yourself a quote. At the very minimum it'll give you a good starting point. Staying away from the turbos will save big $$ in insurance but after driving it for awhile you'll wish you had them.

Im 19 and and got a quote from state farm for 230$ a month for an eclipse GS-T. I dont think i think the 3000GT wouldve run me more. then again I live in florida and I use State Farm(expensive). on the other hand my driving record is near perfect, only a parking ticket, and seatbelt ticket. so im sure youll find it for less.

I am 20 and I just bought 97 3000GT SL and the best quote I got for premium coverege with 1000 deductible for both collision and comprenhensive is $3,995.00 per year!!!

If you don't want collision/comp than it's like $1,335.00 per year

hey, with rims on your car, that raises the value of your car... say you total it, your gonna want money for your car, and for your rims, that means they have to shell out more cash, meaning you do to...

with your exhaust, you could have changed classes... your car can go from a family sedan to a sports compact by modifying it...
