I understand hi CO (carbon monoxyde)..., not sure about the other (hco...HCO..?? not aware of that compound..help).
Anyway..do you have that condition (high CO)...runs rich..all the time, or only when cold? In colder climates, the mixture is VERY rich until the engine is REALLY warmed up..I corrected this by adding a switchable 2.2k resistor in parrallel with the engine temperature sensor..to tell the computer very soon after starting that the engine is warm enough andthat fuel mixture can then be leaned: improved cold driving mileage TREMENDOUSLY....., and removed acrid exhaust smell

Is your fuel mileage OK? If the problem is new, did you notice any increase in fuel consumption recently? ALso check , if not done, for clogged air filter..simple things first.

If condition exists right from starting the engine, then this is NOT an O2 sensor problem: O2 sensor starts acting only when engine is fully warmed up.
This looks like a jammed-open injector or similar consequence problem...DO you have a "check engine light" on and if so did you get the error codes read? Do you know how to read them? What year model is it ?
