braking temperature
Does anyone know where I can find specifically how hot the average brakes (not race car brakes) get braking at certain speeds at 25, 35, 45 mph etc. or what the mathematical formula to calculate it is?
(I don't have the time or money to install a brake temperature gauge!) Thanks, cl8

Re: braking temperature
Quote:
They have the 'shipping' weight for an Echo rotor (since its required to calculate shipping charges). Subtract about 1/2 lb from the shipping weight, to account for the weight of the box etc and the mass of metal that has probably come off your existing rotors due to wear and you will get a good approximate figure. |

Re: braking temperature
Good idea MR, I did go to a couple sites and put the rotors in the cart, when it calculated shipping, it gave me only shipping cost, not weight. Maybe I missed something there.
